History of Salt Therapy
In the 1840’s, a Polish physician documented that workers in the salt mines had much lower rates of lung disease and attributed the cause of their good health to the salt cave air that was saturated with salt particles. Soon thereafter speleotherapy, the therapeutic use of salt caves, become a common drug-free treatment for many chronic lung and skin conditions.
Equine Salt Spa, simulating the effects of salt mines, brings a once inaccessible, natural, healing element from the earth to the horses.

Can you tell me more about the machine with the mask?
We have developed a mask for the Equine Breeze Tronic Pro in October 2015 and have been using this since then on hundreds of horses all across the USA with great success. A session only takes 30 minutes and the advantage is that we can treat the horse in his own environment. A therapist goes into the stall, puts the mask on the horse and supervising the session.
The mask option is recommended for various respiratory conditions, excess mucus and for bleeders.
Treatment regimen depends on the condition of the horse, the time of the race etc
How often can my horse be treated?
Measurable improvement can often be observed in as few as 3 treatments. For maximum benefit, we recommend horses are treated every day for 1-2 weeks or at least 3 times per week. After the first course of treatments monthly maintenance treatments are recommended.
